  • Catch us once a week at Dune Bird Winery in Northport, where wood-fired flavor meets local wine and good vibes. Our pop-up nights feature our signature pizzas, perfect for pairing with a glass (or two) while you take in the views and unwind.

  • Let Cole take care of the cooking, whether it's one awesome meal or a whole week of delicious food. Please note, this doesn’t include the wood-fired pizza truck, but you can count on every dish being made with fresh, top-notch ingredients.

Meet Cole!

Frederick’s Wood-Fired Catering is owned and operated by Cole Frederick, a Hilton Head native who now proudly calls Leelanau County home. With a deep-rooted passion for cooking and years of experience in beloved local restaurants, Cole launched Frederick’s to bring together his love of food, fresh ingredients, and community.

His dedication to sourcing locally is evident in every dish, inspired by the rich bounty and close-knit spirit of the peninsula. When he's not firing up pizza, you’ll likely find Cole out on the water, running trails, or skiing during the winter months.
